This folder contains a land grant made to a veteran of the War of 1812, Silas Taber, who transfered his grant to Henry C. Sheldon, for land in Topeka, Kansas. The name of E. Spaulding appears as the clerk of record. Also a gold debenture bond issued by Rankin Paving Brick and Clay Company of Denver, Colo. A note on it states it was saved from the Boulder County Court House fire of 1932.
